Enfield alcohol strategy is UK best practice example for crime reduction

Enfield's alcohol harm reduction strategy - developed and coordinated by Ranzetta Consulting - has been selected by the Home Office as one of two best practice examples of crime reduction in the UK. The strategy will go to the annual EU Crime Prevention conference later this month, and be submitted to the European Crime Prevention network.
London Agenda for Action on Alcohol Update published

The Greater London Authority has published the London Agenda for Action on Alcohol Update, which was commissioned from Ranzetta Consulting to consider the implications of recent policy developments for alcohol harm reduction activity in the capital. The report looks at recent regional and national changes relating to alcohol harm reduction and identifies examples of good practice, and opportunities for regional action.
Ranzetta Consulting will be podcasting regularly via the Alcohol Policy UK blog from October, with fortnightly podcasts featuring news and insights from the alcohol field. Ranzetta Consulting are working with London Drug and Alcohol Network to review the Local Alcohol Strategy Toolkit. The Toolkit has become the industry standard resource for alcohol strategy development but, inevitably, is looking dated since it was published in 2004.
