Ranzetta Consulting was established in 2001 to undertake consultancy, research and project management in the substance misuse field, with particular interest in alcohol and public health. Since then we have completed a number of important commissions, including work for UK Drug Action Teams, the Department of Health, and the EU.
The team comprises the top consultants in the alcohol field, whose expertise covers all aspects of alcohol related harm, including public health, treatment, housing and homelessness, family breakdown, young people, dual diagnosis, workplace, domestic violence, crime and disorder.

Libby is the Director of Ranzetta Consulting, and had a background in research and project management in the commercial sector before joining the alcohol field in 1995. Publications include: Home Office/Alcohol Concern's

Libby has served on the Home Office Alcohol Strategy Local Delivery Implementation Group and the National Audit Office Reducing Alcohol-related Harm Expert Panel. She is an expert advisor for Department of Health's National Support Team for alcohol. Libby worked with the Responsibility in Gambling Trust on developing the problem gambling prevention and treatment sector, and is a founder member of the Gambling Harm Prevention Alliance.
Libby's specialist areas are: local alcohol strategy, needs assessment, licensing, scrutiny, the workplace and problem gambling.
Sue Baker, consultant
Sue is a former assistant director of Alcohol Concern, where she had responsibility for strategy and policy development, and managed Alcohol COncern's grants programmes. Publications include:

Alcohol and Families guidance for generic professionals on working with children who may be affected by parental alcohol misuse.
Sue's specialist areas are: service review, parental alcohol misuse, voluntary sector capacity building, and user involvement.
Jean Pender,

Jean is a former area manager for Turning Point and has many years' experience of drug and alcohol service development and management.

Fizz Annand,

Fizz is the former Drug Strategy Manager for Lewisham, where she was responsible for the strategic planning and commissioning of a wide range of partnership projects.

James Morris, consultant
James is the former Alcohol Strategy Development Officer for Hammersmith & Fulham, and chair of the London Alcohol Coordinators' Group. He implemented a wide range of interventions whilst at H&F, including ground-breaking work with the Barka Project to address the needs of street drinkers originating from Eastern Europe. James is Director of the AERC Alcohol Academy.
James's specialist areas are: street drinking, A8 populations, multi-agency approaches to alcohol-related crime and antisocial behaviour, and problem gambling
